Cross Mini App does not set a single fixed rate, because reasonable rates vary by industry, scale, and scenario. After formal onboarding, rates can be configured in the admin panel based on your actual business scenario. The platform provides a complete billing engine and reconciliation system to ensure every charge is transparent and auditable.

Do both sides need to pay?

It depends on the scenario. If the mini-program monetizes through App traffic (transactions, ads, etc.), the mini-program side is the primary payer. If the App operator introduces non-monetizing utility mini-programs to enhance the experience, the App side is the primary payer. Regardless of which side pays, the platform charges technology service fees.

How does settlement work?

Revenue and fees are settled monthly, supporting bank transfers and mainstream digital payment methods. The admin panel provides detailed reports broken down by App, mini-program, and transaction type, with reconciliation and payout completed within the first 10 business days of each month.

Is there a minimum spend or long-term commitment?

No. Cross Mini App has no minimum spend requirements, monthly commitments, or long-term contracts. You can stop using the service at any time — your code and user data belong to you and can be migrated with you. The platform only charges when services actually generate value.
